The sources of information used to identify sales partners (distributors, agents, wholesalers, etc.) are numerous and often complementary: Web, Social Media, Business Networks, Professional Associations, Trade Promotion Agencies, Regulatory Bodies, Purchasing Professionals, End-Consumers, Business Data Providers. Freelancers can sometimes be hired for non-English speaking countries.
A long list of potential sales partners is prepared at this stage and also key people are identified within these companies with their valid contact details.
HOW POTENTIAL PARTNERS ARE SHORTLISTED AT STAGE 2?
At Stage 2, the team contacts all the potential partners that were identified at Stage 1. The contact is made either directly through a phone call or digitally (email and linkedin). The goal is to shortlist only those distributors who are interested to market your products.
HOW MEETINGS ARE ARRANGED AT STAGE 3?
Meeting request is sent to all the distributors shortlisted at STAGE 2. The meetings can be arranged face to face in any trade show or at a specific place in a target country. Also, through video calls to save travel time and cost.
The potential sales partners receive detailed information on your company and products long before the meeting. They will show interest in your business by accepting your meeting request.
CAN THE SERVICES AT STAGE 1 AND STAGE 2 BE AVAILED ALONE?
